T1D AWARENESS GAME
SAINT MICHAEL’S COLLEGE: SATURDAY FEB 2
Supporting Cass Falone
Southern Connecticut State University vs. Saint Michael’s College
This Saturday, February 2, 2019 1:30PM
at The Ross Sports Center, Saint Michael’s College, Colchester, VT
Cass Falone scored over 1,000 points for Chatham High School in New Jersey and now she’s lighting it up for the Purple Knights Women’s Basketball Team at Saint Michael’s College. A Dean’s List student at SMC who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was twelve years old, Cass connected with SLAMT1D because she wanted to use the game she loves to broaden awareness of Type 1 diabetes and show people that this awful disease isn’t stopping her and doesn’t have to stop you!
SLAMT1D is excited to support Cass and her teammates! Please join us as we celebrate their efforts and cheer them onto victory!
Psst…Do you know a girl who plays basketball (any age), happens to have T1D and would like to sit courtside with the Saint Michael’s Basketball Team at the game? If so, let us know right away and we’ll make it happen! Contact Dan: danp@dev-slam-t-1-d.pantheonsite.io or call/text Jeff at 802.578.2601.
